Description:
Norwegian characters (f.ex æøå) are not accepted as a part of the name
(firstname and lastname) when creating a user.
This issue did not exist in CloudStack 3.x. I don't think this is by design,
but if that's the case there should be something in the UI giving error when
trying to use foreign/unsupported characters.
Here's the error message when trying to create a user:
