The test case succeeded in all builds before the 3 recent builds, and the
problem here is the newly registered and downloaded template is not coming to
ready state even after 60 seconds (its state is still "Download complete").
Ideally it should get installed and come to ready state.
This is a problem with the setup and for now I have included the waiting period
for the template to come to ready state so hopefully it will solve the issue.
The same test case has failed in recent build with error "Unable to create a
link for entity at template/tmpl/1/5/316e02e0-3c75-3a55-af06-082618eae6c3.vhd
on ssvm,No remote endpoint to send command, check if host or ssvm is down?"
which clearly suggest there is problem either with the host or SSVM or
secondary storage.
