Steps to reproduce:
1) UI->Create Pod
2) pass -1 for gateway/netmask values
The createPod doesn't do gateway/netmask validation before calling
NetUtils.ipAndNetMaskToCidr(gateway, netmask), and it causes NetUtils method to
go to infinite loop.
