The listhosts api call as documented here
http://cloudstack.apache.org/docs/api/apidocs-4.2/root_admin/listHosts.html
suggests there should be extra data provided when sending details = "all".
This doesn't appear to work with kvm hosts. I cannot confirm for any other
hypervisor right now.
Is this a known limitation or something I'm doing wrong?
