Repro steps:
Create a domain
create a user in that domain
Create few VPC ,Vr in that account
Upgrade CS
Call upgrade router with domainid and account parameter
Bug:
Not upgrading all the router belonging to the account.
Expected result :
Should upgrade all the routers belonging to that account.
MY MS setup IP if in case want to debug
10.147.40.27
I will keep this setup till Monday 13th jan .
