Issue:
1.Adding xen host on security enabled zone without installing CSP and bridge
mode is not set also success.
2. With out CSP after creating vms security group rules will not work.
3. Also xenserver network mode not set bridge then security group rules wil not
work
4. After creating vms if you set netowrk mode to bridge, then it will remove
the ifcfg files
Expected:
Adding host should fail with out installing csp and not setting bridge mode in
security group enabled zone
