1. Create a VM and acquire secondary ip address for the nic.
2. Go to network -> IP address: Enable the static nat for the for the VM
secondary ip address.
3. After static nat enable success, go to ip addresses page.
4. On public the static nat is configured, on vm name column there is no vm ip
address info.
Expected: The ip address should also displayed.
5. In API listPublicIpAddresses response has the vm ip addr info with name
'vmipaddress'
