Description:
Currently, lib/utils.py lib/base.py lib/common.py etc are under integration
directory, this directory is little redundant, removing this directory and only
lib/ will exist with required libraries.
1. Removed Integration Directory from marvin.
2. Added few code comments under cloudstackConnection
3. Added new method to retrieve last error.
