When trying to restart a VPC that has a Private Gateway configured, it fails
with a message "Failed to restart VPC". However, in the logs, we have observed
that there is a NullPointerException when calling
createPrivateNicProfileForGateway(VpcVirtualNetworkApplianceManagerImpl.java:1295).
We know that's not possible to restart a VPC that has a Private Gateway, but we
are opening this issue just to have in mind that the method is currently
returning "null" and the message on the UI is not clear at all.
