I tried reproducing the bug on new deployment of 4.2 version. Following are the
steps I followed:
1) Login to UI
2) Go to Network->Select view: Security groups -> Select the security group
where we want to create the firewall rules -> select "Ingress Rule" tab ->
added the firewall rules by "CIDR".
I created 30 firewall rules and UI did not displayed the error popup while
displaying the firewall rules. I have attached the screenshot
(CS_firewall_4.2.jpg).
