Fix For: 4.4.0
Each detail object has a display field. If set to false, it indicates that the
detail is not for display to the regular user.
As a part of the fix, we should ensure that:
* display field's default should be set to true in the DB
* it should be set to true in the corresponding field declaration in CS VO
classes
