Fix For: 4.4.0
PrepareForMigrationCommand returns success even if the disks are not properly
prepared (storage adaptor returns false to connectPhysicalDisk). Likewise,
StartCommand continues on with trying to start the VM if connectPhysicalDisk
fails.
