[Automation] test_base_image_updation.py in Regression suite runs only on Xen
and KVM
Template details provided inside Services class are specific to Xen and Kvm.
But the test does not check for hypervisor type anywhere inside the test.
It only checks for the setup type whethere it is basic or advanced using tags
decorator. So this will pass only on Xen and KVM and will fail on rest of the
hypervisors.
