Libvirt < 1.1.0 does not support the resize flag 1
(VIR_STORAGE_VOL_RESIZE_ALLOCATE), this affects CentOS 6.5 and older. I'm
patching this now.
The libvirt that ships with Ubuntu 12.04 does not support resizing at all. Or
rather, 'virsh' does, but /usr/lib/libvirt.so.0.9.8 does not implement resize.
We need to discuss our ongoing support for older Ubuntu versions.
