I just did a clean install today for Cloudstack 4.3 on Ubuntu 12.04 and noticed
the same UI problem. Accounts section is empty and there are some weird
undefined words on top. I cleared all history and had the same problem, also
tried different browsers (Firefox, IE) and had the same issues.
I am using the source directly form deb http://cloudstack.apt-get.eu/ubuntu
precise 4.3.
