Fix For: 4.4.0
In case of GPU passthru, there is no way to select GPU card in which user want
to deploy VM and leverage GPU resource with gpu-passthrough.
As of now, CS takes input as passthrough and deploys the VM with
gpu-passthrough in any GPU card available. As a fix, CS should ask for GPU card
in case of passthrough during compute offering creation.
