OCCI is a standard for cloud computing from the Open Grid Forum (OGF).

this was submitted as a pull request to:
https://github.com/gwdg/rOCCI-server/pull/72
Since then the rOCCI-server has been re-architected and the OCCI driver for
cloudstack needs to be refactored.
