Current versions of cloudstack(CS) have no way via the GUI to remove a
management server from the cluster. The only way to cleanly remove a mgmt
server is via the mysql database.
Examples of needing to remove the mgmt server might be if a mgmt server fails.
I propose to add another section under infrastructure that says "Management
Server" that lists all added mgmt servers and their status. It would also give
you options to remove a mgmt server as well.
