CLOUDSTACK-6668: OVS distributed routing: ensure bridge is deleted when
last VM from the VPC is deleted on a host
OVS distributed routing: ensure bridge is deleted when last VM from the
VPC is deleted on a host. This fix ensures that bridge is
destroyed.
