In CLOUDSTACK-733 a network plugin was created for the BVS application of the
Big Switch SDN controller. Since then, the application has evolved and have
various changes in its implementation. This issue is created to update the
plugin so as to be compatible with the latest controller.
This issue is not expected to affect any Cloudstack workflow. The fix will
make sure correct operation of all the previously supported functions.
