When selecting a NIC the network offering should change to reflect the service
offerings of that NIC (tag). Currently the service offerings change when scope
is selected only.

It is tough to catch the bug in the video, you may need to watch it a couple
times. The offerings are not updating when I change my NIC, only when I select
a new scope (domain, sub-domain, etc).
