I guess that you are working on 4.4-forward-iam branch. In that branch,
listNetworks code is still the old code before introducing IAM, so granting
will not work. I remember that I mentioned that to you earlier in reviewing
your network marvin test. We haven't done much change on 4.4-forward-iam branch
yet. To make grant work, I need to introduce another new listNetworks API.
