Likitha Shetty resolved CLOUDSTACK-5974. ---------------------------------------- Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Gaurav, I followed the steps mentioned in the description but wasn't able to reproduce this issue. A tier created using persistent offering was successfully added to the VPC.
