Recently on the mailing list, Sebastien confirmed that DevCloud does not work
with ACS 4.4 and master branches. I suppose what you were trying to do was to
test ACS using virtual infra, so till that time this gets fixed if you've
VMWare Workstation or Fusion you may create a Linux VM and setup KVM on it. For
demo/ref you may see this recent video
