on CloudStack 4.3 with noredist packages, Adding a Netscaler device in Network
Service Providers as "NetScaler SDX LoadBalancer" type failed with following
error message:
"Failed to enable ssl feature on load balancer due to null"
Test perform using CloudStack webui.
