Fix For: 4.5.0
When distributed routing is enabled for VPC, through Ovs, currently updates are
send to each host on which VPC spans. Updates are sent on topology changes and
ACL updates. Currently updates are sent sequentially to each host. This
improvements is to change the behaviour to send updates parallel to the hosts
that needs update
