The systemvm template was downloaded prior to the upgrade but named
systemvm-xenserver-4.4 and not systemvm-xenserver-4.3 since the upgrade was to
4.4.
Should 4.4 use systemvm-xenserver-4.3? if so I'll update the release-notes.
