[Automation]Add hyper-v support for test_ssvm.py suite in BVT
1.test_ssvm.py suite file has in BVT has 10 tests and 8 out of these 10 tests
require ssh access to ssvm/cpvm. Right now the tests have ssh access mechanism
supported only for vmware,xen and kvm.
This bug is to add ssh access support for Hyper-v as well.
