Marvin tests that try to access the system VMs try and SSH to a Hyper-V host,
as is done for XenServer and KVM, rather than opening an SSH connection to the
management server, as is done for VMWare (which is the correct behaviour for
Hyper-V)
This is because the test code has a lot of conditions like this:

#SSH into SSVMs is done via management server for Vmware

That need to also include Hyper-V
