Repro steps:
1. Create a LXC VM
2. Stop VM
3. Create a template from root data disk
4. Template creation will fail with the message:Failed to create templateroot
disk file
/mnt/dfa2ec3c-d133-3284-8583-0a0845aa4424/d377b54e-d337-4e9c-9adb-5ed1ccc3b84a
doesn't exist
Bug:
message shoulld be meaningful for failure .. may be not supported in LXC
