Currently cloudstack supports CEPH storage as primary store without a
requirement for another NFS store before adding CEPH storage. But during zone
creation, we don't see RBD under protocol list for primary storage addition
wizard.

There should be RBD protocol so that user can add a CEPH primary store during
zone creation.
