Summary: Changing Instance/VM Ownership not tied into UI feedback

1. Create a VM Instance in CCP 4.3.0.1.
2. Power it off.
3. Use the "Change Ownership" button in the CCP UI when viewing the VM Instance
details to move ownership of the VM to another Account (in my case from the
default Admin account to a custom "NormalUsers" account).
Expected: Visual confirmation that the Change Ownership request was successful.
Actual: The Web Browser will send one API request requesting the ownership
change. The main panel where information about the VM is stored will show the
pulsing circle icon and not stop.
No asynchronous notification is added to the notifications pane to confirm the
account change was successful. The end user has to change to another location
and back to the instance details to confirm the change in ownership occurred.
