There are two files present in config folder currently, test_data.cfg and
test_data.py.
The file test_data.py is used to store all the data related to the tests
(dictionaries) and test_data.cfg file is not used. It was used previously.
Hence the file test_data.cfg should be removed to avoid confusion.
