It would be useful to have cloudmonkey take command-line flags (-j, -t, -d)
that control the display type (json, tabular, default, etc) in addition to the
default set in ~/.cloudmonkey/config.
This would allow for scripts requiring json to control the output without
affecting the user's preferences (usually default or tabular).
