Domain Admin UI shows the 'add ldap users' button. Trying to add LDAP users
will show an empty screen (even if LDAP is configured) and an error will be
displayed "the given command does not exist or it is not available for user".
This makes sense as Domain Admin cannot use the importLdapUsers API call, only
ROOT Admin.
The button should be removed for Domain Admins
Steps to reproduce:
1) create LDAP integration
2) access as Domain Admin User of a sub-Domain
3) note the 'Add LDAP users' button
4) Try to add an LDAP user and note the error
