Description:
Go to "Home>Accounts."
Click "Add Account" to add a new account.
Fill out the required fields.
Then click "Add" to create a new Account.
Result: The account is created, but the "Add Account" dialog remains open and
the Accounts view is not refreshed.
Running in Chrome, The following error is observed:
"Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function", accountsWizard.js:260
Note: Clicking the "Add" button again will cause a "User already exists" error.
