When trying to access the API over SSL (port 6443) - cloudmonkey reports an
error
[Errno 8] _ssl.c:492: EOF occurred in violation of protocol
The version of openssl (openssl.x86_64 0:1.0.1e-15.el6 ) is required to be
updated (to openssl.x86_64 0:1.0.1e-16.el6_5.15).
