When CloudStack needs to download a template using HTTPS, an error may be
raised due to the lack of SNI support in HttpClient. This has been fixed in
HTTPCLIENT-1119. The first release of HttpClient supporting SNI is 4.3.2. No
other change is required from CloudStack.
