I suggest we close this as "By design", because the Delete and Copy Template
functions are per-zone and they are no longer on the Details tab, but these are
accessible on the Zones tab.
This is because of CLOUDSTACK-6565.
Shweta, please reopen if the followings does not work when you opened the
template details:
-Go to Zones tab
-Select a Zone
-You will see the delete and copy button there.
