This is not specific to LXC.
Any Vm snapshot failure during allocSnapshot will result in the same error.
Steps to repo on any hypervisor:
1. Create Vm
2. Take snapshot of ROOT volume
3. Take Vm snapshot
Vm snapshot will fail, but processing wheel will continue to spin.
