In case of XenServer, a behaviour is seen that CentOS 5.3 template (builtin)
gets downloaded and deleted where CentOS 5.6 template also gets downloaded. The
idea fix would be to simply remove the entry from vm_template table for
hypervisor type XenServer and template unique name centos53-x86_64. This was
introduce in cloudstack 2.2
