Steps:
===========================================
1. Brought up a setup with 2 host and installed a windows 2012 VM (VM did not
have the tools installed at this point of time)
2. Migrated the VM to another host and observed the following exception on the
UI.

Expected behavior:

A proper non-generic error message should be displayed on the screen instead of
an exception.
This is applicable to other scenarios where the exception is printed.
