Currently the Cloudstack 4.4 API can deal with resizing DATA and ROOT volumes
for KVM hypervisors, however the UI is missing the feature for volume resize of
ROOT disks.
Please add the necessary code to allow resizing of ROOT volumes (once the VM
has been stopped). Probably most of the code can be taken as is from the DATA
volumes section.
