I create a Custom service offering (that I can change CPU and RAM later)
I create an instance based on this service offering
After VM deployment, I want to change service offering.
In the dropdown of available service offering I don't see my custom service 
offering because it is already applied to this instance but I should use it 
again for its custom nature.
