Hi Andrei, sorry for a late reply I was busy in building a test infra for 4.3.2
and testing it generally. From 4.5/master, this global settings does not exist
(public) anymore. I'm not sure if it's useful or works even. The fix that I
shared hides this global settings (along with the setting to enable/disable
snapshots for kvm). I think you should start a discussion on public dev ML and
ask contributors such as Edison who may have more idea on this.
