Fix For: 4.5.0
The test suite does not have the required code in setupClass() for the test
cases to run properly.
Required code includes:
1) Find the cluster with at least 3 Hosts
2) Make one of the hosts HA enabled.
3) Remove the host tags in the cleanup.
