Managed to capture the problem where deploying new VM and after pressing FINISH
- simply nothing happens:
Actually, the output from the Chrome Debuging tools, from Console is:
"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 501 (Not
Implemented)"
(and this is the URL/api call...for that error)

I have then clicked on the link provided, and the API call was executed fine,
and new VM created...
