Create a cluster with ESXi
Start upload volume
While in progress, restart MS
Watch logs and monitor status of the volume
Result
======
Volume remains in half uploaded state even after restart of MS / SSVM.
We have to upload it again, but the existing one cannot be deleted. (except
directly from the DB). VolumeSync should try to re-download the failed upload.
