Sorry, did not notice that it was a recent addition.
SInce it's a current release, it should go on the current downloads page, not
the archives page.
The downloads page should correspond with the mirrored download files.
Note that the archives server is automatically populated from the
www.apache.org/dist every so often (once a day?) - there is no need to do
anything special.
