With the above commit the number of threads on SSVM agent for connection with
MS will be configurable using global configuration _workers_. The default value
for _workers_ is 5.
Increase the config value to allow for more than 5 SSVM tasks to be processed
concurrently. For the new global config value to take effect, along with
restarting the MS, SSVM needs to be stopped and started.
By making it configurable using the global config we ensure that even if SSVM
is destroyed the value wont be lost.
